Purpose Driven Program

This year, let your student athlete make the most of their summer training.

In our Teen Summer Training program they will be walked through time-tested strength, power and conditioning progressions.

When school starts back up they’ll be healthy, excited for sports, ahead of their peers, and understand what effective strength and conditioning training truly is.

Schedule & Cost

SESSION I

  • 6 weeks: June 14th – July 23rd
  • 10 AM training options
  • Coach-Lead Trainings: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Open Gym for extra programming: Monday & Friday
  • Week of 4th of July, schedule adjusted

SESSION II

  • 6 weeks: July 27th – Sept 4th
  • 10 AM
  • Coach-Lead Trainings: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Open Gym for extra programming: Monday & Friday
  • Week prior to Labor Day, schedule adjusted

TUITION

  • $239 6-week session cost
  • 10% buddy discount
