This year, let your student athlete make the most of their summer training.

In our Teen Summer Training program they will be walked through time-tested strength, power and conditioning progressions. 

When school starts back up they’ll be healthy, excited for sports, ahead of their peers, and understand what effective strength and conditioning training truly is.

Schedule & Cost

Schedule

  • 6 weeks: June 16th – July 24th
  • Coach-Lead Trainings: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Open Gym for extra programming: Monday & Friday
  • Week of 4th of July schedule adjusted

 

Tuition

  • $39/week
  • 10% discount if paid in full up front
  • 6 Week commitment
  • Option to declare needed week off for camps and family events prior to the start of the program

Program Coach

Coach Luke is the Head Coach at YorFit and will be personally taking your student athlete under his wing to ensure they safely and efficiently make big progress and have fun doing it.

Luke is a true fitness professional.  Earning a degree in exercise science from the University of Montana and consistently training and competing in CrossFit competitions.
