Schedule Your Goals Meeting & Initial Inbody Scan On ZenPlanner Starting Wednesday, 12/29

InBody Scans will begin Wednesday, 12/29 and run through Wednesday, 1/5. Availability is first come, first serve and can be reserved on ZenPlanner.

Goals meeting will immediately follow the Scan. The meeting will take 15-25 mins and will discuss individual goals and nutrition-based goals.

Additional scans to monitor progress will be done at the mid-way point and end of the challenge.

An exit meeting to discuss results and how the challenge went will be scheduled at the end of the challenge.

 

Points System for Finding The Winner

The winner is found following a points system that favors fat lost and muscle gained.

Points will be given based on adherence to weekly goals in exercise, hydration, sleep, post-workout consumption and your 1-2 nutrition goals you set with the coach in your goals meeting. Points are totaled weekly, adding one of the weekly goal elements each week, starting with only 1 goal the first week, then 2, etc. This is put onto a weekly leaderboard to show progress, drive the community and add a competitive element. Point descriptions will be thoroughly laid out in the Challenge Intro Presentation (posted video) given Friday, 12/31 as well as in the Challenge Manual, which will be emailed to you.

Where Do I Get Challenge Information?

The Challenge rules, timeline, expectations and useful tools will be distributed by way of an emailed manual. You will also receive a video presentaion introducing the Challenge, its specific points system, the benchmark workout, themes and other useful information.

This Challenge’s Benchmark Workout is:

For Time:

  • 21 Burpees
  • 21 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 40 Double Unders
  • 9 Burpees
  • 9 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 30 Double Unders

This will be the class workout on Tuesday, 1/4 and you can perform this during any class time that day. Remember to log it in BeyondTheWhiteboard!

The Winners will get to choose which kitchen gadget or nutrition tool they want within that value. This is at the Challenge Administraor’s discretion.
