ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Our number one priority is making class fun. Every day is different, you’ll learn new things, face challenges and feel accomplished every day.
Our coaches will take everyone through a tight timeline where everyone stays on the same page and has every workout tailored to their needs.
Our classes range from 5am to 7pm, seven days per week, allowing you to find classes that fit various circumstances and friends all day long.
