What do we mean by “fitness”? According to CrossFit, fitness is defined as “work capacity over broad time and modal domains.” What in the hell does that mean!? Fitness means how many opportunities you can say “yes” to.
Can you still hop into the water and do water sports at any given time without risk of injury, YUP! Can you put your kids in a pack and walk until THEY get tired, YUP! Fitness is how well you can perform at life’s demands.
